Maintaining your membership

Membership of XJROG is free and as has been stated elsewhere all that is required is for you to participate occasionally in the forum.

In order to keep things tidy Members who have never logged in and those who have not posted for an extended period (over a year) will be deleted periodically. Additionally those who have never posted and have not logged in for over a month are likely to be deleted. This should not in any way be seen as a penalty, any members affected are free to rejoin at any time by re-registering. (We cannot guarantee that your original username or display name will still be available).

Please note that you should ensure that the email address in your profile (which does not need to be visible to other members) is a current and working address. If for any reason it becomes apparent that it is not then the account will be deleted.

We would also encourage any new members to log in once your membership is approved so that you at least show as having been online, and certainly within a week of first registering; this will prevent you getting deleted too early!!
